The workshop was organized by team of Unnat Bharat Cell and Swachh Bharat. 137 students and 12 faculty members had attended from 6 different nearby schools. The day had many sessions scheduled in order to celebrate the motive behind the yatra.<\/p>\n<p><b>Session by Prof. (Dr.) Gurendra Nath Bhardwaj, UBA Coordinator, NIIT University.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Prof. (Dr.) Gurendra Nath Bhardwaj gave the introductory speech about the role and Activities of UBA to the participants. He explained how the team of Unnat Bharat and Swachh Bharat is working to promote activities to connect NU with the nearby rural area. He focused on the overall development of the rural area with the help of academic institutions of higher education like NIIT University.<\/p>\n<p><b>Welcome Address by Prof. (Dr.) V. S. Rao, President, NIIT University. <\/b>The Welcome speech was given by the President of NIIT University, Dr. (Prof.) VS Rao.
