It is an annual event that started in 2015. The objective of this event is to bring awareness and understanding of what Yoga is. Additionally, it also aims to aid in educating people about physical, mental, and spiritual health and well being that can be achieved through practicing Yoga. During COVID-19, more focus was shifted towards Yoga, as it helps in boosting immunity.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>International Yoga Day was celebrated at NIIT University too. Mr. Cherag Tantra was the guide and Yoga Guru for the event. Tanishq Saini (B.Tech, Batch 2017-2021) helped to guide the attendees. Yoga exercises were conducted as per the \u2018Common Yoga Protocol\u2019 received from the UGC.
