By worshipping you I start my day,<\/span><\/p>\n

The land which imbibes such glories<\/span><\/p>\n

I pay my salute to the bay<\/span><\/p>\n

Which has seen such wonder stories<\/span><\/p>\n

O\u2019 mother India you have had hard times<\/span><\/p>\n

Seeing the invaders emptying the gold mines<\/span><\/p>\n

And building their castles in the shrines<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Many came to show their power<\/span><\/p>\n

To enslave the people<\/span><\/p>\n

Freedom is the need of the hour<\/span><\/p>\n

Said even the tiniest beetle<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

At that time, they must have not known<\/span><\/p>\n

That the spark to get freedom<\/span><\/p>\n

will turn into flames of unity<\/span><\/p>\n

which will set them out of throne<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The freedom that we enjoy today<\/span><\/p>\n

And feel free like a bee<\/span><\/p>\n

Love completely to own the day\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We should know is not got easily<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

A lot of sacrifices stand by the past<\/span><\/p>\n

Of great leaders and soldiers<\/span><\/p>\n

Whose bravery stories make us feel aghast<\/span><\/p>\n

And still, continue to inspire and mould us!<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I pray to the god almighty<\/span><\/p>\n

That I be able to be<\/span><\/p>\n

At least one drop<\/span><\/p>\n

Of the immense contribution sea!<\/span><\/p>\n
