However, navigating export procedures and documentation is complex and requires a clear understanding of international trade laws, documentation protocols, and procedural intricacies. To address this need, the proposed Management Development Programme (MDP) focuses on enhancing knowledge and skills in export procedures and documentation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Objective<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The primary goal of this MDP is to equip participants with practical insights into export documentation, regulatory requirements, and procedural strategies to facilitate smooth and compliant export operations.<\/p>\n<p>Key objectives include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarizing participants with the necessary export documents.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding international trade terms (Incoterms) and their implications.<\/li>\n<li>Gaining knowledge of export procedures, including shipping, customs, and payments.<\/li>\n<li>Mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with export regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Participants<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>37 representatives of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and other organizations participated in the event.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Speakers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mr. Tarak Srinath, Director Exim Policy, WTO &amp; Banking FIEO<\/p>\n<p>Mr. D K Mishra, lawyer \u2013 Rajasthan High Court<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Ranjan Upreti, Consultant &#8211; National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Gaurav Joshi, Joint Director &amp; HoO, MSME-DFO, Jaipur<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Girish Kumar, Assistant Director, MSME-DFO, Jaipur<\/p>\n<p>Prof Gurendra Nath Bhardwaj, Professor, NIIT University<\/p>\n<p><strong>Programme Highlights<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The MDP will include a mix of theoretical insights and practical applications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overview of international trade and export business setup.<\/li>\n<li>Mastery of INCOTERMS 2020 and export pricing strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Practical insights into Letters of Credit, payment mechanisms.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on sessions on preparing export documentation and managing delivery orders.<\/li>\n<li>Networking opportunities with industry experts and policymakers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Outcomes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participants gained practical knowledge of export documentation and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Enhanced awareness of global trade compliance and opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>MSMEs were equipped to address export challenges and adopt best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duration and Schedule<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Duration:<\/strong> 5 days, with 5 hours of sessions between 10:30 AM \u2013 5:30 PM each day.
