A research paper titled \u201cMicroplastic Detection in Glass Containers Using Circular Hough Transform and YOLOv8n\u201d has been accepted for oral presentation at the 2025 International Conference on Advanced Technologies in Energy and Informatics (ICATEI). The paper will also be published in the conference proceedings on IEEE Xplore, indexed in Scopus.<\/p>\n

The work was authored by NU alumni Manan Jindal and Sayak Ghorai, Batch of 2021 and Yash Upadhyay, Batch of 2021 and faculty member Dr. Vikas Upadhyaya. The acceptance followed a peer-review process conducted by the conference committee.<\/p>\n

The announcement included author details and supporting photographs for institutional documentation and publicity. This achievement highlights the university\u2019s ongoing engagement in research related to AI-based detection and emerging technological applications.<\/p>\n\n\n
