Dr Gyanesh Kumar Sinha, Professor of Management (Operations and Analytics) at NIIT University, published a research article titled Artificial Intelligence and Sustainable Supply Chain in Dairy Industry: A Systematic Review and Bibliometric Analysis in Restitution Law Review, Volume 34, Issue 1, 2026 (pp. 646\u2013676), an ABDC-A ranked journal.
\nThe research examined sustainable supply chain practices in the dairy industry through a systematic literature review based on the PRISMA model. It reviewed the role of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, the Internet of Things (IoT), and Blockchain in supporting sustainability and improving supply chain performance.
\nThe study also analysed existing research trends and methodologies in the dairy supply chain sector and identified future research directions for practitioners and academia. The publication contributes to the understanding of technology-driven sustainable practices in the Indian dairy industry, with particular reference to supply chain efficiency, logistics, and carbon emission reduction.<\/p>\n
