A guest lecture was held on 29th<\/sup> January 2019 by Prof. S.K.Verma who is in the Department of Biological Sciences at BITS Pilani. The topic for the session was \u201cBiosensor development for environmental application”. He commenced the lecture by briefly introducing the biosensors and how they work. He explained the process of biosensor breakdown and the different types that available that detect a change and respond according to it.
