The details are given below:<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Invention Title:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0 Temperature Inducible Promoter Derived and Modified from <em>Enterococcus faecium <\/em>DJ1 plasmid, and its use in <em>E.coli <\/em>for production of desired protein<\/p>\n<p><strong>Name of Inventors:<\/strong> \u00a0Prof. Ashis Das and <strong>Dr. Narayan Kumar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Abstract:<\/p>\n<p>The present invention relates a novel temperature inducible promoter based on that isolated from E. faecium DJ1, capable of strongly expressing a gene in prokaryote, especially in <em>E. coli<\/em>.
