On 16th July 2022, JIMS, Kalkaji organized a guest lecture on “Cyber Security, a Complete Solution of Cyber Crime” for students of PGDM and PGDM (IB) 2022-24. Dr. Navneet Gera,

HOD, PGDM (IB) had invited Prof. Surinder Singh, Assistant Professor – CSE, NIIT University, to address the audience about how cybersecurity solutions can change the upcoming business scenarios. Prof. Singh also shared his input on how companies need to be on alert in all of their web transactions and social media platforms. Furthermore, he talked about the various fundamentals of cyber security such as cybercrime, cyber threats, hackers, crackers, steganography, virtualization, and bots. It was a highly interactive and knowledgeable session that highlighted the importance of cybersecurity in the digital age. Dr. Navneet Gera felicitated Mr. Surinder Singh with the “Guest of Honour” memento which brought the session to a close.
