Amruta Saharkar and Rakshit Sawarn Presented their Project “DE-FAKE”

NUtons Amruta Saharkar and Rakshit Sawarn proudly represented our institution at the International Annual Student Forum (IASF) 2025, hosted by IUCEE at VNR VJIET College, Hyderabad. Competing alongside students from 200 colleges, they showcased their project, “DE-FAKE”, an innovative solution for counterfeit product detection. Their presentation received valuable feedback from industry experts, who emphasized the potential of integrating hardware to enhance its effectiveness. Throughout the event, they engaged with professionals, attended insightful keynote sessions, and explored emerging technologies. While DE-FAKE did not secure a spot in the top 10, their hard work, creativity, and dedication were truly commendable. Their participation not only reflects their passion for innovation but also highlights their commitment to making a real-world impact. This experience has inspired them to refine their project and take it to even greater heights.
