Raath Mahotsav

Raath Mahotsav, organized by NU-NSS on January 18, 2025, was a resounding success, bringing together culture, community, and environmental consciousness. The event features a vibrant kite flying competition in the Bowl Area, where participants showcased their skills in a festive atmosphere.

Cultural programs commenced at the North-East Point (NEP) from 1200 hours onwards, with various cultural clubs from the university delivering captivating performances. Following this, a donation drive for clothes, and a community lunch (bhandara) was organized at the same venue, fostering a spirit of unity and inclusivity.

Additionally, a sapling plantation drive encouraged visitors to contribute towards environmental sustainability. The event was a success, and left a lasting impact on attendees, strengthening bonds of the university with the locals. It was a true celebration of heritage and harmony, setting a benchmark for more such future events.
