AIESEC Report

AIESECinNU is a student-run organization at NIIT University, Neemrana, which works under AIESEC in Jaipur. Their aim is to foster global understanding and leadership through international internships, and volunteer exchange programs.

NIIT University is proud to be hosting one such program, Mulaqaat. This is a six-week program designed to provide a unique platform for both local, and internation students to collaborate on meaningful project.

The program attracts students from diverse backgrounds, including students from NIIT University as well as foreign students, including four such students from Egypt, and two from Turkey. This international exchange allows participants to learn from each other’s different walks of life, to develop intercultural communication skills, and to gain a deeper understanding of global issues.

Mulaqaat offers participants the opportunity to work on projects during a six-week long period, centered around various themes, including women empowerment, electronics, and water harvesting etc. By partnering up with renowned NGO’s like SOHARD and SCRIA. Furthermore, AIESECinNU ensures that these projects have a tangible impact on the local community, and their problems are taken into account as well, and solutions were worked on accordingly. Participants frequently visit nearby NGO’s or even rural villages to interact with local communities, and gain firsthand experience of the challenges faced by them. This exposure to real-world situations provides valuable insights, and helps the participants to develop a more empathetic and socially responsible mindset.
