It is an annual tradition, celebrated at TALF, through which a selected group of students gets to visit JLF every year. This year, too, students heard a plethora of prolific writers, from across the globe, on topics, ranging from politics of G20, global health index, the man-made disasters of wars of Russia-Ukraine, Gaza and others, to Shakespeare and the globe theatre group.
TALF’s main focus to plan this visit is to sensitize NUtons, about aspiring Indian authors and promoting Indian literature and its rich heritage. This visit also enabled students to appreciate this literary exchange between Indian and international languages. Most importantly, JLF espouses a TALF agenda of celebrating varied standpoints and opinions, as JLF showcases a rich culture of debate and discussion, with healthy respect and warm acceptance, offering a melting pot of ideas, narratives, and voices that resonate globally.
