INAUGRATION OF NEW GYM AND SHOOTING RANGE

The inauguration of the new Gym-3 and the 10-meter air pistol shooting range at NIIT University took place on February 15, 2025, with Mrs. Neeti Pawar officiating the ceremony. Gym-3 is now fully operational and has been made accessible to students since February 22, 2025 under the leadership of the NU Gyms Club. To ensure smooth operations, a set of rules has been established, and designated trainers have been appointed to oversee the facility. Simultaneously, the shooting range, dedicated to the NU Marksmen club, provides a platform for both seasoned shooters and beginners to refine their skills in preparation for upcoming competitions. This initiative constitutes a big leap towards encouraging health, fitness, and sportsmanship among the students of the university. The students were encouraged to fully utilize these facilities at the same time following the stipulated norms.
