Reflections of One Year IP Students

1. Divyansh Mishra @ NIIT LTD

I’m incredibly grateful and excited to have received a
one-year IP opportunity at NIIT Ltd. Looking back, the entire
IP selection process has been a meaningful experience for
me, one that’s taught me a lot about myself, both
professionally and personally.

From the initial application stages to the final rounds of
interviews, every step came with its own challenges and
learnings. I truly appreciate the constant support from the
CIC team throughout—whether it was the resume reviews,
mock interviews, or just being there to guide and encourage
us at every point. It made a big difference and helped me
approach the process with clarity and confidence.

This milestone wouldn’t have been possible without the
structure and support provided by NU-CIC, and I’m
genuinely thankful for that.

2. Himanshu Rathi @ Eucloid

I’m incredibly happy to share that I’ve been placed at Eucloid under the one year
IP Scheme launched by NIIT University. This is truly a proud moment for me and
my family!
I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to NIIT University for providing me with this
amazing opportunity and for being a constant pillar of support throughout my
journey.
A special thanks to the CIC team for their endless dedication and guidance. Their
support started right from the beginning of my B.Tech journey — from assigning
us a buddy mentor who was always there to guide me, to sending regular
preparatory materials, conducting mock interviews, and organizing technical &
soft skills sessions.
Not to forget the coding competitions and career development initiatives under the
CDC — all of this truly prepared me for the real world.
This kind of support is something every student dreams of, and I feel incredibly
lucky and grateful.
Thank you once again to NIIT University and the CIC team — I wouldn’t have been
able to do this without you!

3. Srachet Rai @ Fluidech

I am truly honored and excited to have received a one-year IP allocation at Fluidech
Technologies. As I prepare to begin this new chapter, I want to express my heartfelt
gratitude to everyone for their support throughout my journey.

My time at NIIT University has been an enriching experience that has shaped me
both academically and personally. The emphasis on holistic learning, the
encouragement to pursue hands-on projects, and the constant mentorship from
faculty have played a pivotal role in preparing me for the professional world.

The placement process was a valuable learning curve in itself. From resume
building to mock interviews and personalized feedback, each step was thoughtfully
designed to help us succeed. I am especially thankful for the constant support and
guidance I received from CIC, which helped me stay confident and focused
throughout the selection process.

Securing the opportunity at Fluidech Technologies is a proud moment for me, and I
look forward to learning, growing, and making meaningful contributions during my
IP.
