Placement and Industry Practice Update (July 2025)

NIIT University’s placement season 2025 has seen strong progress, with 70% of students already placed (77 students). A major highlight has been the 31 organizations extending PPOs to 64 students, reflecting a 58% conversion rate. The role fitment stood at 97%, demonstrating excellent alignment of NU’s curriculum with industry requirements. Notably, 60% of recruiters were repeat partners, while 40% joined as new collaborators, showing both trust and expansion of NU’s industry network.

Leading recruiters this year include GoDaddy, AllState, BigBasket, Edelman, GE Appliances, DSCI, Policy Bazaar, S&P Global, Thomson Reuters, Zebra Technologies, Thoucentric, Eucloid, and Xcaliber Health.

Student success stories highlight the university’s unique blend of academic learning and practical exposure. From Mikhail Marcus Martins (GoDaddy), who emphasized technical problem-solving, to Arnav Ignatius (NIIT Ltd.), who reflected on adaptability in corporate life, students echoed a common theme of growth through hands-on learning. Aditi Kapila (Grey Orange), Rachit Tanwar (GoDaddy), Altaf Khadri (AllState), and many others credited NU faculty and CIC for bridging academics with career readiness.

Alongside placements, the One-Year Industry Practice (IP) Pilot has recorded 90.6% allocation (29 of 32 students) across 17 organizations. With an average stipend of ₹27,942 and the highest at ₹70,000, students secured roles ranging from Data Engineer and Cybersecurity Analyst to Full Stack Developer, Business Analyst, and Leadership Trainee.

Recruiters for the IP pilot included Thomson Reuters, Eucloid, FlyNava, Fluidech, Facctum, GroMo, Triveni Turbines, NIIT Ltd., Genesys, DSCI, Rapifuzz, and Genpact. Reflections from students such as Avick Saha (GSCPL), Himanshu Rathi (Eucloid), Krish Patel (Thomson Reuters), and Priyanshi Sharma (GroMo) showcased gratitude for CIC’s structured guidance, mentorship, and experiential opportunities.

These achievements reaffirm NU’s commitment to producing industry-ready graduates equipped with technical expertise, adaptability, and holistic skills, while building enduring partnerships with leading organizations.
