Resonance 2025

NIIT University’s Resonance Program is a unique induction program, conducted annually for the new incoming students. The program aims to give students an insight into their life at NU and aims to foster a strong sense of camaraderie. The program features a blend of academics with holistic development through sports activities, engaging invited talks with guest speakers as well as collaborative cluster and state presentations. Resonance 2025 was an inspiring experience where students gained first-hand knowledge from prominent leaders, professors, and experts across diverse fields including science and self-awareness.

  • Mr. Jalaj Dani (Asian Paints) – Shared his journey of venturing into a business he initially knew little about, encouraging students to embrace risks and leaps of faith.
  • Mr. Kanwal Jeet Jawa – Spoke about challenges faced by women in male-dominated industries and highlighted campaigns that increased female workforce participation.
  • Mr. Nishith Pathak (Microsoft MVP & Regional Director) – Offered insights into evolving trends in AI and guided students on future opportunities in the field.
  • Mr. Bhupender Yadav (Union Minister for Environment, Forest & Climate Change) – Discussed environmental challenges, sustainable development, and participated in the campus Van Mahotsav.
  • Mr. Sai Krishna (IIT Bombay alumnus & IPS Officer) – Shared real case studies from his work in tackling cybercrime in Madhya Pradesh.
  • Dr. Rajendra Singh Rana, the “Waterman of India” – Inspired students with stories of water conservation projects that transformed entire communities.

The students also underwent several rounds of competition which included Fashion Walks, Talent Round and Elocution Rounds to be crowned as Mr. and Ms. Fresher for the Batch of 2025. Finally, Shashrik Meher, Btech, Batch 2025 and Prakriti Singh, Btech, Batch of 2025 were crowned as the Mr. Fresher and Ms. Fresher respectively.
