Run for Swadeshi

The Run for Swadeshi was organised on Jan 17, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. as a cross-country running competition for both boys and girls. The event was jointly conducted by the NU Run Club and NU NSS, with the objective of promoting fitness, discipline, and national pride among students. Separate competitive categories were arranged for boys and girls to ensure fair participation. The event attracted enthusiastic student involvement, and cash prizes were awarded to the winners in both categories, thereby encouraging sportsmanship and active engagement on campus.
