Book Launch by NIIT University Student at READ India Grassroots Leadership Summit 2026

Rasuti, a student of BTech Biotechnology (Batch of 2022) at NIIT University, participated in the READ India Grassroots Leadership Summit 2026 held on March 18, 2026, where she contributed to the development and launch of a book documenting impactful rural narratives.

As part of her internship with READ India, Rasuti, along with fellow intern Pratham (Gurru) Sharma,  explored and compiled stories from rural communities. The project involved the use of digital curation techniques and automated formatting tools to develop a professionally structured manuscript.

The book was formally unveiled during the summit by the CEO and Trustees of READ India, marking a significant milestone in the project. The launch received recognition and was featured in several regional newspapers.

This achievement highlights the meaningful application of technology in documenting grassroots impact and reflects the university’s emphasis on socially relevant innovation and experiential learning.
