Library Quest

On 14th February 2026, the NU LIRC, aided by the Learning Assistants, successfully hosted the Library Quest event at the NIIT University Library, to encourage reading habits and improve attention towards the library resources by conducting interactive activities. The event was conducted, garnering a lot of enthusiasm from the participants, comprising 55 students, faculty, and staff. The inauguration was done by Dr Sanjeev Kumar in the presence of some notable faculty members. It included exciting team games, including Quote Crawler, Dumb Charades (Book Edition), and Buzzer Quiz Competition, which were aimed at promoting creativity and collaboration, as well as familiarity with the library materials. Books were given to the winners, and everyone was awarded certificates, which strengthens the significance of literary appreciation. In general, the educational program was effectively mixed with entertainment displays, providing people with lessons on teamwork and an increased desire to read.
