NIIT University Team Recognised at NITI Quest Challenge 2026

A team of students, composed of Khushi Kathuria (BTech 2023-27 Batch), Sachit Sharma and Priyanshu Sharma(BTech 2024-28 Batch), under the mentorship of Dr Jetendra Joshi, participated in the NITIQuest Challenge 2026, a national-level innovation and startup competition that received over 1400 registrations from more than 400 colleges across the country.

After successfully clearing multiple evaluation rounds, the team was selected among the Top 12 finalists and represented the university at the Grand Finale held in Bangalore. During the final round, the team was recognised for its innovative solution and was awarded the “Best IoT & Vision Technology Startup” Award.

The event provided valuable exposure to the participants through interactions with startup founders, industry experts, and potential investors. The team also received interest and feedback regarding the potential scalability of their project into a full-fledged startup venture.
