Camp Future 1 (April 25–26, 2026)
NIIT University organised Camp Future-1 on April 25–26, 2026, welcoming around 100 participants, including prospective students and their parents. Coordinated by University Captain Vasvi Nehra (BTech 2023) and Vice Captain Manjeet Purohit (BTech 2023), the programme began with participants travelling from Gurugram to campus and checking into their accommodation. The event opened with an address by President Prof. Prakash Gopalan, who shared the vision of the “University of the Future.” Academic sessions by Prof. Parimal V. Mandke highlighted the university’s interdisciplinary curriculum and flexible learning approach. Ms Geetica Rastogi spoke about industry partnerships and placements, while Prof. Vijay V. Mandke introduced the additive curriculum and opportunities for holistic development. Participants also engaged in an alumni interaction session and a talk on campus life by Major General A. K. Singh. The day concluded with laboratory visits and academic demonstrations. Day two featured a tree-plantation drive, a trek to Suryoday Sthal, sessions on the startup ecosystem and student clubs, and an address by Co-founder Mr V. K. Thadani. The programme concluded with an interactive open house between participants and university leadership.
