Camp Future 2 (May 16–17, 2026)

Held on May 16–17, 2026, at NIIT University, Camp Future-2 provided prospective students and their parents with an opportunity to experience university life firsthand. Around 100 participants attended the programme, which was coordinated by University Captain Vasvi Nehra and University Vice Captain Manjeet Purohit, both BTech Batch 2023 students. Following their arrival from Gurugram and campus registration, participants settled into their accommodation and began a series of interactive sessions.

The programme featured presentations by senior university leaders, including President Prof. Prakash Gopalan, who spoke about NIIT University’s future-focused educational vision, and Vice President Prof. Parimal V. Mandke, who outlined the institution’s academic framework and interdisciplinary approach. Participants also gained insights into placement opportunities and industry engagement through a session led by Ms Geetica Rastogi, while Prof. Vijay V. Mandke highlighted the additive curriculum and its role in supporting holistic development. Alumni shared their experiences of student life and career growth, followed by an address from Major General A. K. Singh on personal development and campus culture. Laboratory tours and academic demonstrations offered a closer look at the university’s learning environment.

The second day combined outdoor activities with further engagement opportunities. Participants took part in a tree-plantation drive and a trek to Suryoday Sthal before learning about the university’s startup ecosystem, student clubs, and extracurricular initiatives. The programme also included an address by Co-founder Mr V. K. Thadani on the university’s mission and guiding values. Camp Future-2 concluded with an open-house interaction between participants and university leadership, followed by lunch and departure.
