The Development of NU App

One of the core principles of NIIT University is Technology-driven. During the lockdown, the existing NU app has been modified and drastically improved to aid in digital learning when the semester resumes. One of the key features was the integration of QR codes to mark attendance.

Two NUtons Himanshu Nikhare (B.Tech, Batch 2017-21) and Somanshu Singh (B.Tech, Batch 2018-22) developed a mobile app that includes various functions such as viewing the timetable scheduled for the day, mess menu, check and mark attendance etcetera. The app is made available for both Android and iOS users.
