Talk on Peripheral Vision by Dr. Amit Saha

A webinar on Peripheral Vision was conducted on 17th December 2020. Dr. Amit Saha, Principal Engineer at Cisco Systems, Bangalore was the invited speaker. The webinar focused on the evolution of a specific type of edge devices such as surveillance cameras and how it evolved from the traditional CCTV model to the smart camera model. He also discussed some of the engineering and research challenges faced in building smart cameras.
