Theme Reveal of the 10th Edition TEDxNIIT University

TEDxNIIT University unveiled the theme for its 10th Edition through a series of performances and interactive activities on September 17, 2026. The event included dance and drama performances, along with fun games that gradually introduced elements of the theme before its final reveal.

The theme was unveiled as “Aureline: What Survives Becomes Sacred”. The concept draws inspiration from the Japanese art of Kintsugi, a traditional practice of repairing broken ceramic objects using gold. The philosophy behind Kintsugi served as the central idea for the theme, focusing on how repaired and altered objects can acquire value through the marks of their past.

The event brought together performances and interactive activities to build up to the theme reveal, introducing the concept of Aureline and establishing the creative direction for the 10th Edition of TEDxNIIT University.
