Awareness Sessions on POSH
An awareness session on Sexual Harassment at Workplace for both boys and girls as well as for the faculty and staff was held on 30th January 2019. The session highlighted the importance of acknowledgement of such acts and how are they actually evaluated and considered. NU has formed a committee called ICC under which such complaints will be taken and evaluated in a procedural manner which are defined in the handout. The point of security is maintained at every step of the process towards the victim, the informer and even the evidences. This committee serves as the final body for decision making and acts impartially towards all such decisions.
